Legit, but be careful

GoTickets.com is a ticket resale website, not a venue box office. 2026 consumer reports to BBB Scam Tracker say it did not make clear before payment that tickets were not yet in hand or that sales were final, and refunds were refused. Do not confuse it with the defunct UK company 'GoTickets UK' (goticketsuk.com).

Can I get a refund from GoTickets?

Is GoTickets the same as GoTickets UK?
